Accessibility statement

WCAG 2.2 AA is the target for this site, and a target is not a certificate. We do not claim conformance we have not independently audited. If something on the site blocks you, that is a defect.

What’s already in place

The first thing keyboard focus reaches is a skip link to the main content. Every interactive tool (the suite plan, glossary filter, dossier tabs, search dialog, and market switch) can be operated from the keyboard, and the focus indicator is visible. Color is never the only signal: a selected room is shown with a mark as well as the copper color. Text isn’t locked inside images, and the copper draw and rise-in animations respect your reduced-motion setting.

What automated checks miss

Automated checks of the kind axe runs catch problems with contrast, accessible names, and roles. They don’t tell you whether a sentence is understandable, whether a diagram makes sense to someone who can’t see it, or whether a real operator can finish a task at 11 p.m. after a shift, and we don’t pretend they do.

Status is always given in words as well: a draft guide says “draft,” the disclaimer is set as text, and links in running text are underlined as well as colored.

Please report any barrier to hello@gmpequipment.com. We’ll treat it as a defect rather than a suggestion.
